Meera Ravi is from the first batch of DCS (of the last century), has subsequently upgraded herself in various ways, and has made a name for herself as a counselor, writer and trainer. She runs her own counselling centre in Jayanagar, conducts training for adolescents and parents, is invited to various institutions for guest lectures, and has written a number of highly readable books. She holds Masters Degrees in Book Publishing as well as in Child Development. She is thoroughly professional in her work, goes to the depth of any issue she takes up.
