Shubha Rao is an independent HR consultant with 18 years of work experience spanning across Manufacturing, Education, Information Technology and Financial Services Industries. She has worked for renowned multinational companies and currently is on her own.

An HR professional, she is a specialist in core Employee Relations, HR Processes, Training and Development (HR and Soft skills training), Gender inclusivity, Prevention of Sexual Harassment at work place and Diversity Management which includes gender, ethnicity and culture in the Indian context. She is a trained Psychological Counsellor and a Pre-litigation Mediator too.

Basically a native of Bangalore, she holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Master’s Degree in Development Studies (Gold Medalist) and a Diploma in Counselling Skills.
