Dr. Malini is what she is fondly known as, a Doctorate in human development is her qualification. A simple, genuine person who not only is able to give directions but is able show many a children their inherent strengths and guide them the way they need to progress.
Almost every child who sits in front of her goes back feeling special and certain and sure of herself/ himself to a large extent. She is so soft-spoken that at times you wonder if she is talking at all, but will not hesitate to call a "spade a spade" in times of need. Listening is one of her greatest strengths, rather listening to even to things unsaid. Her interest in people and human behaviour took her all the way to her obtaining a doctorate.
She is in-charge of the career guidance and aptitude testing done at Banjara Academy since the last two years. She is so meticulous in her work that not a paper will be amiss or a small thing out of place.
Under her leadership, aptitude tests were administered on a large scale at two prestigious schools of Bangalore, namely Sophia's and St. Josephs. She is an unspoken expert in guiding children who are pursuing their engineering, and the difficulties they face during course.
